When will my order be dispatched?

We pack and send orders Monday - Friday and aim to get your order moving within 2 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

When we dispatch your item (within 2 working days), we use Royal Mail's delivery service to get your merch to you. Royal Mail gives the following timescales :

UK : 2-3 working days (tracked shipping), or 5-7 working days (standard shipping)

USA : 5-10 working days (tracked shipping), or 7-14 working days (standard shipping)

Rest of World : 5-10 working days (tracked shipping), or 7-14 working days (standard shipping)

Please Note: delivery timescales above are based on Royal Mail guidelines and working days. Please allow longer in busier times.

How much is international shipping?

For orders outside the UK: International tracked shipping is a flat rate of £15 (excluding EU countries).

I would like to change or cancel my order. How can I contact you?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help!

Do I have to pay customs fees if ordering from outside of the UK?

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are entirely out of our control. You may be asked to pay the import taxes or customs duties before the item is released to you from your country's customs.

As fees and thresholds vary by country, we’re unable to provide specific guidance — we recommend contacting your local customs office for accurate information.

What payment methods of you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, includingVisa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay. Paypal is currently not a supported method of payment on this site.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes – check the product pages for sizing details. Currently, our stock is available in small, medium and large. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you out.

Can I track my order?

Yes – once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. We use Royal Mail for shipping services.

My order hasn't arrived - please help!

If your order has not arrived within our accepted time frame (see below), please contact us here. We will get back to you via email ASAP!

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not selected a tracked option, we cannot locate your parcel and cannot give any further information before this timescale has lapsed.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! We’re proud to say that our packaging is eco-friendly. All orders are shipped in recyclable kraft paper mailers that are plastic-free, biodegradable, and sustainably sourced. We’re fully committed to reducing our environmental impact wherever possible while still making sure your order arrives safely and securely!

Do you ship to the European Union?

At this time, we are unable to ship to countries within the European Union due to new EU regulatory requirements that affect small independent businesses like ours. We hope to offer EU shipping in the future once feasible options emerge, and appreciate your understanding and support.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to select international countries outside of the EU. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us here, - we’ll always try our best to help and see if we can get the merch to you!

Can I get a refund / exchange?

We want you to be 100% happy with your Vekken merch, so we gladly accept returns and exchanges if you are not 100% satisfied. Please contact us here if you have any problems with your order and we will get back to you ASAP via email to help you!

NOTE : any items returned or exchanged must be in their original condition in which they arrived to you.
